The celebration of the number edition 49 of the Orvecame Rally Tenerife Islanda test that had to be suspended last October due to high temperatures, will bring changes in the Santa Cruz de Tenerife traffic.
The most relevant thing will be various specific parking reservations that have been authorized at points such as the Maritime Park, the area around the Port-City link or Maritime Avenue.
Since last night, parking reservations have been applied for the so-called operational center of the rally, prohibiting parking in the designated area of the Maritime Park until Saturday.

It will also be necessary to cut off circulation on the esplanades of the Maritime Park, as well as limit passage on a section of the surrounding bike lane between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. At this point the work of the service park will be concentrated; technical verifications and other tasks necessary for this test.
As a safety measure, the need has been raised to temporarily close to traffic the surface road that connects Francisco La Roche Avenue with La Marina Street, diverting traffic through the Vía Litoral tunnel. The appropriate detours will be applied and the roads will be signposted, with the support of the Santa Cruz Local Police.
The general public is asked to take into account all circumstantial signage, especially everything related to parking prohibitions. This information will also be provided to the TITSA company and the capital’s autotaxi sector, since it will be necessary to move the Bravo Murillo stop, this Saturday between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
