‘Enrédate sin machismo’ is a project to prevent sexist violence in young people and adolescents that aims to raise awareness of how important it is to maintain egalitarian relationships without machismo.
To achieve this, we work by helping to identify one’s own sexist beliefs and attitudes, both in relationships and towards everyday life situations, as well as romantic love myths and control indicators.
This project is also part of the ‘Program for the prevention of sexist violence among adolescents and young people’ of the Strategic Framework for actions in gender equality policies Tenerife Violeta (METV).
Within the area of Natural Environment, Sustainability, Security and Emergencies, the update of appointments of the responsible commanders and components of the groups of the organizational structure of the Civil Protection Territorial Emergency Plan of the island of Tenerife was approved.
The PEIN is the main tool that the island corporation has to face extraordinary emergency situations that involve serious collective risk, the president explained.
