SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Oct. 28 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The general director of the Public Service of the Government of the Canary Islands, Francisco Rodríguez, has issued a Resolution by virtue of which the first exercise of the opposition phase of the selective tests for access, through a free shift, to the Corps is cancelled. Administrative, exercise held last October 1, 2023, which will have to be repeated.
Said Resolution also agrees to take the proceedings back to the moment immediately prior to the celebration of the aforementioned exercise, so that, once the new qualifying tribunal is appointed -since the previous one submitted his resignation and it was accepted-, the procedures will continue. actions, calling again to all applicants to carry out the first exercise.
Given the dimension of this selection process, the General Directorate of the Public Service will launch the actions aimed at searching for spaces that allow this test to be held, as well as the time required for the constitution of a new qualifying court. that can carry out the aforementioned exercise.
The General Directorate of the Public Service has agreed to continue the execution of this selective process in guarantee of the rights and legitimate interests of all the applicants who have presented themselves and who therefore have the right to have the tests held, without prejudice to the administrative decisions, and where appropriate the judicial resolutions, that are adopted regarding this process, in relation to the information file opened and with the referral of certain and specific facts brought to the attention of the corresponding judicial authority.
On the other hand, the general director of the Public Service has also resolved to declare the conservation of the first exercise of the opposition phase of the selective tests for admission, through a free shift, to the Professional Group of Subalterns, also held last day 1 October 2023, as well as preserving the agreement of the qualifying court of October 11, 2023 by which the qualifications were published.
Based on this Resolution, the Qualifying Tribunal may continue the actions of the selection process, resolving the claims that may have been obtained against the qualifications, and subsequently, calling the second exercise of the opposition phase.
