VALVERDE (EL HIERRO), Oct. 20 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A cayuco with 148 migrants of sub-Saharan origin on board that was sailing in waters south of El Hierro has been intercepted by a Maritime Rescue vessel, which has accompanied it to the port of La Restinga, sources from 112 Canarias report.
After providing them with health care at the dock, it was found that 20 minors were traveling in the canoe and all the occupants were in good health.
This is the first boat with migrants that arrives to the coasts of the islands this Friday after receiving six boats yesterday with just over 400 people.
