The socialist spokesperson criticized Dávila for saying that “he has a feeling” that the queues “have improved. Pedro Martín argued that many of the measures announced by the island Government are “fireworks”, such as the tow truck service or the traffic lights at the Padre Anchieta roundabout. “What you have to do is demand that the company finish the work now, and if it doesn’t, impose penalties and even dare to terminate the contract, because that work should be finished now,” he said.
