He tram Line 1 service suffered a delay due to a health problem suffered by a passenger in the municipality of Holy Cross of Tenerife in the early afternoon hours of this TuesdayOctober 3.
The blockage originated at the stop in the Chimisay areain the Ofra District, when they were 3:00 p.m.as confirmed by sources from the public company Metropolitano de Tenerife.
Supposedly, the victim, a 20-year-old girl, fainted and the staff decided to proceed to evacuate said vehicle, as well as wait for an ambulance staff from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC).
This circumstance caused a blockage and delay in service to customers for at least half an hour.
However, the woman later recovered and refused to be transferred by ambulance to a health center, as confirmed by sources from the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes) of the Canary Islands Government.
