A 55-year-old man was injured this Wednesday with moderate chest trauma after the truck he was driving crashed into a median on the TF-1, which has generated large traffic delays from Playa de Las Américas to the San Isidro area.
The events occurred around 06:48 hours when the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert reporting that a truck had hit the median and its driver. I was hurt.
The SUC team provided medical care to the injured man and took him to the QuirónSalud Costa Adeje Hospital and Consocio firefighters freed the injured man from inside, since the vehicle door had been blocked.
The Civil Guard regulated traffic in the area and instructed the corresponding procedures and the Insular Highway Center proceeded to clean the road.
