In the central auditorium of the University of La Laguna, the solemn opening ceremony of the 202-2024 academic year included the interventions of the rector of La Laguna, Francisco García, and the professor of Financial Economics and Accounting, Dr. Urbano Medina Hernández, who highlighted the challenges faced by society and the role played by the two public universities of the Canary Islands.
