Extinguished the fire of La Esperanza, in Tenerife

The fire that originated this Tuesday, around 3:30 p.m., in a farm in La Esperanza, in the municipality of El Rosario, Tenerife, has been extinguished on the morning of this Wednesday. This has been reported by the Cabildo de Tenerife through a statement in which it was noted that the fire came to an end at 08:15.

Thanks to the rapid action of the Forestry Brigade and the work of a helicopter, the fire was stabilized and controlled one hour after the Emergency and Security Coordination Center of the Government of the Canary Islands (CECOES 1-1-2) received the first alert giving account of the attempt on the Camino Juan Antonio Díaz.

In this fire there was also the collaboration of the Local Police and the Civil Guard.

Neighborhood sources confessed to this newspaper their concern about the wind in the area and the fear that it would reach the mountain. Fortunately, the fire was put out in time.
