On this Friday afternoon, an incident occurred in the Trinity Avenuelocated in La Laguna, Tenerife, where a 50-year-old woman was hit by a tram. At the initial moment of receiving assistance, the victim had multiple serious injuries.
The initial aid was provided by a doctor and a nurse from the Laguna Health Center, who attended to the wound until the arrival of the ambulances belonging to the Emergency Service Canary Islands (SUCC).
Once the SUC personnel arrived at the scene of the eventcontinued to provide medical care to the patient and later transferred her in a designated ambulance to the Canary Islands University Hospital to receive specialized medical care.
Additionally, the Local police assumed the task of regulating traffic in the affected area and is carrying out the relevant procedures related to the incident.
