The Municipal Consumer Information Office in Puerto de la Cruz changes its headquarters to the Municipal Market to make it more accessible

The Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC) of Puerto de la Cruz changes its customer service headquarters to the upper floor of the Municipal Market.

This strategic decision was born to be able to provide a better service from the OMIC to the public. As explained by the councilor responsible for the Area, Alberto Cabo (ACP), “it was necessary to establish a new location, since before it was in the Miguel Ángel Díaz Molina Sports Pavilion, sharing space with the Sports Area and not having the conditions of required accessibility. Instead, now several Administration offices are going to be concentrated in the same building that already has these measures, since next door are the Tax Consortium, the Center for Business Initiatives (CIE) of Puerto de la Cruz and the Chamber of Commerce”.

The opening hours for the public will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., on the top floor of the Municipal Market.
