The General Chief of the Canary Islands Civil Guard Zone, Juan Hernández Mosquera, and the sub-delegate of the Government in the province received today Tuesday the 31 agents in training who have presented themselves at the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Command.
The presentation of the agents who will carry out their internship period at the Las Palmas Command was yesterday, where both the General Chief of the Canary Islands Zone and the Government delegate received them, with a total of 35 agents.
The 66 new ones, among whom are 20 women, will complete their training in the different territorial units of citizen security, as well as in various specialties (Traffic, Prosecutor and Borders, etc.) in which they will serve during the time that their terms will last. practices to obtain the necessary knowledge and professional experience, thus helping to strengthen the workforce at the start of summer, thereby increasing surveillance and preventive control in the areas with the greatest tourist influx in the Autonomous Community.
