Agents of the Civil Guard have instructed proceedings in which they investigate a 38-year-old woman as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of animal abuse. The events investigated took place on the morning of June 10 when the investigated allegedly tried to abandon her dog in one of the streets of the Tenerife municipality of Granadilla de Abona.
Several neighbors who were in the area, reports the armed institute, recriminated her attitude, getting the defendant to pick up the animal again, leaving the place in a car.

They were able to find his whereabouts thanks to citizen collaboration and the recording of a video posted on social networks. The agents reported what had happened before the Investigating Court of Granadilla de Abona and verified that the animal was in good health.
A witness recorded the aforementioned video and posted it on Facebook. In the images you can see how the animal runs behind the vehicle, which accelerates up the street and flees. According to the complaint, the driver threw the animal out of the window and started the march with the presumed aim of leaving it behind.
