Some elections that he defines “as a neighborhood exam, for which we have prepared ourselves with work and commitment and that we want to pass with the highest possible grade to continue managing, with maximum stability and efficiency, for the well-being of the municipality, in such a time difficult and complex as the one we are experiencing.
During his presentation, the socialist candidate was supported by more than 300 supportersin addition to numerous party colleagues from all over the archipelago who, in person and online, did not want to miss the opportunity to show their support and admiration for the socialist candidate.
After reviewing the main milestones in the management of the complex mandate that is coming to an end and highlighting the extraordinary supply of state-of-the-art and diversified equipment available to the municipality, Rodríguez Jorge pointed to the social and well-being as the coordinates that will lead the next four years. The councilor awaits citizen support to proceed to expand the Casa de los Mayores, to continue fighting against energy poverty, leading the municipality and its neighbors towards a scenario of self-sufficiency, and to multiply efforts to deepen educational and training actions, especially in and through the digital, energy and environmental sustainability fields. These were some of the vectors advanced by Rodríguez Jorge of the action plan that he proposes for the next four years.
This is a roadmap that, once again, has been drawn up with the massive participation of groups and individuals of all stripes, designed to, “based on stability and experience, take advantage of the new opportunity offered by European funds for the Recovery and Resilience Plan in which we have already been working, in order to obtain the best results in the process of a new transformation of our municipality, a transformation that brings us closer to achieving the objectives of sustainable development, with fair and supportive policies.
