SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 21 Apr. (EUROPE PRESS) –
A 29-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man, both of French nationality, have been injured of varying degrees after a quad fell vertically about four meters in the vicinity of the Las Lajas de Vilaflor recreational area, on the island of Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center of 112 of the Canary Islands.
The events occurred this Thursday afternoon on the TF-21 road, in the vicinity of the aforementioned recreational area, the place where firefighters from Tenerife went to rescue the two occupants.
Subsequently, the personnel of the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC), present at the scene, attended to the injured who presented multiple injuries, one of a serious nature and the other moderate, both being transferred by ambulances to the Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria University Hospital.
Civil Guard agents also appeared at the scene of the incident and conducted the corresponding proceedings.
