Interurban transport in Tenerife (titsa), a company belonging to the Cabildo de Tenerife, will reinforce services on twenty lines from April 1 to 9 in order to improve connectivity during Easter.
The vice president of the Cabildo, counselor for Mobility and president of titsaEnrique Arriaga, points out that the services aimed especially at beach areas have increased to respond to the demand that is generated each year.
The company it will increase frequencies on lines 014 and 015 (Santa Cruz de Tenerife-La Laguna), 122 (Santa Cruz de Tenerife-Las Caletillas-Candelaria), 138 and 139 (Santa Cruz de Tenerife-Radazul-Tabaiba); 050 (La Laguna-Bajamar-Punta del Hidalgo); 369 (Buenavista del Norte-Punta de Teno); 408 (El Medano-San Isidro-Granadilla); 418 (Costa Adeje-Valle San Lorenzo); 467 (Coast of Silence-Los Cristianos-Costa Adeje-La Caleta); and 473 (Los Cristianos-Los Gigantes).
Likewise, it will reinforce the services of 110, 111/711 in their usual hours between 11:00 p.m. and 02:00 a.m. to meet the demand expected for the celebration of different musical events in the south.
Titsa opening hours in Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Titsa, together with the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council, will activate route 948 that connects Azanos, Almáciga beach and Benijos free of charge. Users will have trips at 12:00, 12:50, 14:30, 15:20, 16:10, 17:25 and 18:15 from Azanos, while on the way back there will be departures at 12:25, 13:15, 14:55, 15:45, 16:35, 17:50 and 18:40.
Line 910, which connects the Interchange with Las Teresitas beach, will add 32 extra trips. On April 2 and 9, the night service of the 970 will carry out the usual 04:30 departures from the Interchange at 05:05, while the departure from San Andrés at 04:55 will be at 05:30.
Route 945 (Santa Cruz de Tenerife-Igueste de San Andrés Interchange) increases the number of places available at regular times, while route 946 (Santa Cruz de Tenerife-Almáciga Interchange) will have two extra departures from the Interchange at 10:45 and 13:10 hours and, from Almáciga, at 1:55 p.m. and 7:15 p.m.
