Some unknown they starred in the early morning of this Monday, February 6, a robbery with force inside a church of Tenerife and they managed to take cash.
the events occurred in the middle from the city of La Laguna, in a historic temple of said urban enclave, as confirmed by the sources consulted.
The thieves gained access to the Saint John Parishlocated near the Polígono Padre Anchieta and near Avenida de La Trinidad.
The author or authors only caused the damage necessary to appropriate the cash they obtained in the premises, explained the people consulted.
When the church’s alarm system was activated, the criminals ran with the lootwhich consisted of a piggy bank containing about 800 euros, which came from various collections.
One of the hypotheses is that the individuals involved entered through a secondary door in the parish church and went to the closet in which the aforementioned piggy bank was found.
Due to the characteristics of the eventthe facts were reported at the La Laguna National Police Station.
