The Municipal Operational Control Center (cecopal) of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council has informed through its Twitter account that the yellow flag has been raised on Las Teresitas beach due to the presence of jellyfish.

A situation that the Red Cross staff has transmitted to the users who are in this busy bathing area of the capital of Tenerife, so that they take extreme precautionary measures.

On January 25, the Cecopal of Santa Cruz de Tenerife reported on the presence of whitewater on Las Teresitas beach, hoisting, as on Friday, the yellow flag, and asking bathers for caution to avoid annoying bites from these organisms.
