SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Jan. 22 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Fundación Canaria Médicos de Tenerife has awarded 50 scholarships to doctors who have presented scientific communications at national or international congresses. The total amount of these acknowledgments amounts to 15,000 Euros.
As reported by the Foundation, three of these award-winning communications have been presented at international scientific appointments, which shows the level of these.
The president of the Fundación Canaria Médicos de Tenerife, Dr. Pedro Javier Rodríguez, encouraged the scholarship recipients to follow the path of research and expressed the Foundation’s willingness to continue with this aid and increase its endowment.
For his part, the president of the Official College of Physicians of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Dr. Rodrigo Martín, also insisted on highlighting the research work and highlighted the possibilities that are opened up in this area by Personalized Precision Medicine.
In this act, the hospital services that have collaborated with the Fundación Canaria Médicos de Tenerife were also recognized: the HUNSC Pediatric, Urology and Rehabilitation Service and the HUC Pediatric Service.
