SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 9 Jan. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 44-year-old man has allegedly killed his ex-partner at his home in Adeje, on the island of Tenerife, sources from the Civil Guard have reported to Europa Press.
The events occurred between 11:30 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. this Sunday when the neighbors alerted the Civil Guard, who appeared at the property, being able to immediately arrest the alleged attacker, who according to sources close to the investigation is Moroccan nationality, for a crime of murder of his ex-partner.
The woman, about 46 years old and also of North African origin, has died after being attacked with a knife, which has caused injuries that have caused her death, while during the attack one of the victim’s children has also been injured trying to defend her.
In the house, at the time of the events, were the four children of the woman, who have been left in the hands of the public administrations as the victim does not have a large family support network on the island.
