Linares made a “very positive” assessment of the management carried out in recent years as head of the Villa Mayor’s Office, although he acknowledged that “it has been very complicated due to the economic and health crises, which have done a lot of damage both to the citizens as well as to the public administrations themselves and, especially, to the town halls».

In addition, he thanked “the support and involvement of all the affiliates, who make up a great team that is an example in Canary Islands as an active and participatory local committee”. He also congratulated the bases, the nationalist youth committee, “for the strength, enthusiasm and desire with which they work.” In Linares’ opinion, “CC en la Villa can boast of new blood that is enriched by experience.”
