The Consistory of Los Realejos will address in the next ordinary plenary session the initial approval of the regulation that develops the regulatory ordinance for the installation of photovoltaic panels and their corresponding bonuses, which will contemplate this 50% reduction in the IBI for five years for those households that incorporate them, as well as a 95% bonus on the corresponding ICIO for the relevant installation works of these solar energy collection devices.
“This measure is based on the precepts of the international commitment of the Covenant of Mayors for the environment to which our municipality is adhered, as a way to continue encouraging with small actions at the local level a new scenario of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency necessary and inalienable for our present and future, “says the mayor of Los Realejos, Adolfo Gonzalez (PP).
