Three thieves arrested in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, two of them held by their victims

The National Police has arrested three thieves in Santa Cruz de Tenerife in recent hours, two of whom were held by individuals until the arrival of the authorities.

In one of the cases, it was a neighbor who detained a 41-year-old woman, who was accompanied by a 30-year-old man, when he surprised both of them at the moment they were leaving a house carrying a television.

They had entered the house after jumping the wall and forcing the access door, and had also seized a mobile phone, television controls, DVD and a keyboard, among other objects.

Police officers managed to find the whereabouts of the man and arrest him after carrying out several raids in the area.

The two, man and woman, had numerous police records, several for crimes of the same characteristics.

In the other case, a 54-year-old man was surprised by the tenant of the home where he intended to steal, who held him with the help of his brother until the arrival of the Police.

When being frisked, several credit cards and other types of cards that had been reported in another robbery committed in a hospital the previous week were seized.
