The repair works of the changing rooms of the soccer field of Puerto de Santiago begin

The mayor Emilio Navarro accompanied by the Councilor for Sports Juan Carlos González recently signed the reconsideration act by which the repair works of the changing rooms of the Puerto de Santiago football field will begin, which have been awarded to the company JHL Construcciones Canarias with an execution period of 3 months and an award budget of €54,323.12 including IGIC.

This project contemplates the chopping of the horizontal coatings, vaults and joists of the existing slab. Once the demolition work has been carried out, the joists will be repaired by applying a passivating product for the reinforcements and a structural repair mortar. Subsequently, a continuous false ceiling of laminated plasterboard will be installed in most of the rooms.

Finally, the placement of a self-protected bituminous waterproofing is planned on the part of the non-passable roof. In addition, the rear wall of the building is uncoated, so it is proposed to execute a plaster on it to then be painted.
