The Cafeteria The Favorite, located on Calle El Cerco, Adeje, opened its doors in 2019 when Kevin Colombi and Camilla Franceschini decided it was time to start their own journey and have something of their own. Despite the fact that Camilla had already been dedicated to the hospitality industry for some years, for Kevin this experience is totally new, but in this adventure they have also had the experience of Flavio Giordani, who together with them makes up the staff.

Even so, since they opened they have managed to show that they are a great cafeteria, where you can try everything from Italian dishes to a large selection of homemade pastries or an exquisite coffee while you read. DIARY OF NOTICES through the new app, which allows reading the newspaper through a smartphone.

The passion they put into what they do and the good treatment they give to their clientele are not the only guarantees of La Favorita Cafeteria, since they have a wide variety both for breakfast and lunch that make the hard-working people of the area repeat every day at their tables. As for the morning, in this place you can enjoy very good breakfasts made up of all kinds of coffees, sandwiches, sandwiches, tortillas, stuffed focaccia, all kinds of bread or pastries and homemade sweets. For lunch, you can try from combined dishes, crepes, pasta or pizza, to varied tapas such as omelette, croquettes of various types or stuffed mushrooms.

COVID-19 has been hard for them, they closed in quarantine and then started again from scratch, because there were no clients, since there were people without work and there was no tourism, something that they noticed more when they were in Adeje. Over the months the volume of work has been increasing until today, at which time they have almost the same rhythm as before.
