SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 31 May. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Cabildo de Tenerife, through the delegated area of Foreign Action, has published the draft of the future regulation of the Council of Good Practices in Foreign Action and Migrant Persons on the website of the island corporation, which will be open for public consultation until on June 6, so that citizens can access its content and participate with their opinions and suggestions.
The council intends to be a forum that attends to the current insular panorama in relation to international cooperation, development cooperation, solidarity and intercultural coexistence on the island of Tenerife, says the corporation in a note.
The CEO of the Foreign Action area, Liskel Álvarez, points out that they continue “betting on global governance, transparency, citizen participation and collaboration”, and encourage participation in this consultation so that all Tenerife citizens “know its content and those who so wish can contribute with their contributions”.
In addition to this online consultation space, participatory meetings will also be held with agents involved and professionals from the public administration, technical staff, the third sector, migrant associations and related informal groups.
