Last night, hundreds of people filled the tables set up on the outside esplanade of the Cultural Center to celebrate the Los Cristianos Wizards’ Ball with which, every year, Arona commemorates the canaries day. This event had not been held for two years as a result of the pandemic.
Started in the Plaza del Pescador at 10:00 p.m., the dance featured performances by different folk groups from the municipality and guests. All this one day after, on Saturday May 28, the Extraordinary Concert of the Day of the Canary Islands took place.
This was carried out by the Municipal Music Band of Arona, with the artists Gustavo Cabrera and Laura García as guest artists.
All this, moreover, after, yesterday afternoon, Los Sabadeños hung the “sold out” sign in a performance that, for the Day of the Canary Islands, they carried out in the Infanta Leonor Auditorium in Los Cristianos.
