Each beneficiary entity may receive a maximum aid of 50,000 euros. Eligible expenses include those derived from the normal operation of the associations, such as those generated by the electricity supply, water, telephone or the contracting of compulsory insurance, among others. It also intends to cover the expenses derived from the purpose of improving technical, economic, computer assistance, as well as those related to safety and hygiene at work and the support of administrative or technical management.
The Minister of the Area, Alicia Vanoostende, explained that this call “helps to deepen the commitment of the Government of the Canary Islands to favor the entities that fight for the primary sector and agricultural training in the Archipelago. All these initiatives are essential to promote the advance of the Canarian countryside”.
