The Cabildo de Tenerife has announced that this Monday, starting at 5:00 p.m., the access roads to Teide will be closed due to the forecast that there will be ice and snow on the road. These are the TF-24 tracks, at the junction with the TF-523 (Arafo), the TF-21, at Ramón Caminero, and the TF-21 at the Cable Car.

The Cabildo has indicated that in the event of the appearance of ice sheets before that time, the cut of the accesses will be advanced. The islands remain this Monday and Tuesday in a yellow and orange warning due to wind, waves and snow above 1,500 meters in Tenerife and La Palma.
