The Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) of Santa Cruz de Tenerife published the bases that regulate access to the vacant offices of the Nursery and Business Enclave of the Candelaria Technological Center (CTcan) that are or are becoming free.
The mayor of Villa Mariana, Mari Brito, highlights that the Employment and Local Development Agency (AEDL) has, among its lines of action, support for entrepreneurship. Hence, in 2019 the Business Incubator and Enclave was born with the aim of promoting economic activity and business creation. “Along these lines, the advice given to entrepreneurs is essential,” says the councilor. Along these lines, during the year that is about to end, they have served more than 70 companies and entrepreneurs, the local government assures.
The companies that are interested in establishing themselves in it are going to be installed in the Candelaria Technological Center must comply with the requirement of having their processes and activities framed, related or linked to concepts such as research and development and technological innovation, R + D + i.
The beneficiaries of these CTcan offices will also have reception, video surveillance security, cleaning and maintenance of the center; electricity and water costs, both in common areas and in the different offices; as well as the use of the different facilities of the Center paying, where appropriate, the established rates and benefiting from the discounted prices as hosted companies.
The Candelaria Technological Center (CTcan) is located in the Valle de Güímar Industrial Park, occupying its plots IX and X, block XI, in the vicinity of the coastal town of Playa de la Viuda.
