The TF-5 has chained in the first hours of this Thursday two multiple collisions: one at the height of the La Matanza de Acentejo bridge, with five vehicles involved, and, later, a second in San Benito, with four cars. These accidents have caused long delays on the road that goes towards Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
In La Matanza, the collision took place around 7.30 am. The agents of the Civil Guard, Carreteras de Tenerife and the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) intervened, which transferred an injured person to the hospital. Minutes later, the second collision occurred, in which the SUC is currently intervening.
