In a message released this Monday afternoon on their social networks, the Local Police assures that they will transfer the events to the Public Ministry early on Tuesday.

The events occurred in Bajamar on November 29. The Ecological Unit of the Local Police went to the place on that date to check the condition of the dog.

The alleged aggressor presented a report from a veterinarian saying that the animal did not present any type of injury.

The agents who intervened asked the person who had recorded the video to present the corresponding complaint, “which did not happen.”

For this reason, the Local Police will inform the Prosecutor’s Office of the evidence that exists against the owner of the animal.

According to the Leales.org platform, which is the one who has spread the video of the aggression, the dog is already in the hands of a protector, Sano y Salvo.

Leales.org reports that the dog’s name is Thor and it is a nine-month-old mixed breed puppy. The animal “is in perfect condition” and this Tuesday it will be checked. According to this platform, the alleged aggressor has declared that “he will not have any more animals in his charge” and, at the request of the protector, “he has accepted the transfer by means of a signed document.”
