A 20-year-old girl has been injured this Wednesday with a moderate trauma to the hip and lower limb due to being run over by the tram near the Guajara Campus.
The events took place shortly before 08:30 a.m. when the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert in which they reported that a woman had been run over by the tram and needed health care on Professor José Luis Moreno Becerra street.
The SUC health personnel carried out the initial assistance to the affected woman, as well as her transfer to the hospital and the Local Police instructed the corresponding procedures.
