SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Nov. 19 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 63-year-old man has suffered moderate intoxication after a fire broke out in the garage of a building in Puerto de la Cruz, on the island of Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center of the 112 of the Canary Islands .
The events took place around 02.38 hours in a garage of an 11-storey building on Avenida Melchor Luz, a place to which members of the Tenerife Firefighters Consortium traveled to extinguish the flames, which affected two vehicles, and ventilated The building.
For their part, the staff of the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) assisted the affected person who had moderate intoxication due to smoke inhalation, except complications, for which he was transferred by basic life support ambulance from the SUC to Hospiten Bellevue.
Likewise, at the scene of the incident, National Police and Local Police officers appeared, who secured the area, collaborated in the evacuation of the building’s occupants, and made the corresponding reports.
