Emblematic Hotel F24, Santa Cruz. Sergio Mendez

Central, cozy and with a very careful aesthetic. So is the Emblematic Hotel F24, the hotel establishment that will open its doors to the public next Friday, October 15, in the neighborhood of El Toscal, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The hotel, which is located at Calle San Vicente Ferrer, 24, was a single-family house, with three floors, which was built in 1927, 94 years ago.
The owners of this new hotel that has nine rooms decided to keep the woodwork and part of the floor that the house had originally, and to choose a decoration that did not hide the history of the property. For example, in some rooms you can see the material with which houses were made before. In this case they are not blocks like the ones we are used to seeing. It is material in which you can even see shells and pebbles.
It is a hotel, for adults only, in which all the details are taken care of. The furniture has been made to measure by artisans from the Islands, and the way to open the rooms is different from that of conventional hotels. Customers can do it with a bracelet, through their mobile phone, by entering the digit they have previously chosen or even with their own fingerprint.
Everything is controlled through home automation and the air conditioning is smart. And it is that it detects movement and is capable of measuring the body temperature of the guests.
The ceilings are high, the color white predominates and the decoration is simple. The flowers are natural and the smell of the rooms, created expressly for the hotel, is exquisite.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
It is important to note that this establishment is respectful with the environment. So much so that hand soap, like the plastic that surrounds it, is compostable, that is, it does not pollute and degrades without leaving residue. The owners tell DIARIO DE AVISOS that the process to convert the house into this hotel has not been easy at all, since it has taken a long time. And it is that the work began in January 2020 and in March, when the pandemic was declared, they had to stop. In addition, to that is added the difficulty that on many occasions they had when requesting and receiving the materials they needed to reform the building, and turn it into the hotel that it is now, since production, worldwide, as we already know , had been paralyzed.
On the third floor is the jewel in the crown, as its owner Federica says. And he is right, because it is difficult to imagine that this small hotel offers so many special services.
On the third floor there is a terrace, a small pool, and a restaurant where you can have brunch or enjoy an aperitif. A kitchen that offers healthy and fresh food, with local products and a Mediterranean and Italian touch. With a good wine list and a good beer.
Undoubtedly, the Emblematic Hotel F24 is a different concept of hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz, where you can enjoy the charm of the capital. A hotel that will provide guests with a unique and personalized experience of comfort and luxury, in a quiet and welcoming context. It sounds good, but it is better to see it and, of course, stay.

This new hotel in El Toscal already has its own website, www.hotelf24.com, in which you can already make reservations for its next opening.
