SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 21 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 23-year-old female has been admitted to hospital in a critical state following a collision on César Manrique Avenue, adjacent to the Guajara Campus, in the municipality of La Laguna (Tenerife), according to the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The incident occurred around 11 am, when the 1-1-2 operations room received an alert about a road traffic accident involving a woman, prompting Cecoes to swiftly deploy the necessary emergency resources to the scene.
Upon arrival, the SUC personnel provided assistance to the injured woman and, after stabilising her condition, she was transported in a critical state to the Canary Islands University Hospital due to severe multiple injuries. The Local Police undertook the relevant procedures and managed traffic in the vicinity.
