SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE 12 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Three individuals have sustained moderate injuries following a traffic collision on the TF-5, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, which involved three vehicles when one veered off the roadway, according to reports. The Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre of 112 in the Canary Islands was alerted.

The incident took place at 12:34 p.m. on Saturday on the TF-5, heading towards Santa Cruz, within the Chamberí area of the municipality. Emergency personnel from the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC) arrived at the scene and discovered that a 23-year-old man had sustained moderate injuries, without complications, while a 22-year-old woman was in a similar condition. Both individuals were transported to the San Juan de Dios Hospital.

Additionally, SUC staff attended to a 21-year-old man who, at the time of initial assistance, presented with several moderate traumas, also without complications, and he was subsequently taken by ambulance to the Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria University Hospital.

Members of the Tenerife Firefighters Consortium also responded and secured the vehicles involved in the crash, working alongside other emergency services. Meanwhile, Local Police officers managed traffic on the road, where significant delays were recorded, and carried out the accident report.

Furthermore, personnel from the Highway Service conducted cleaning operations on the roadway.
