Canary Islands add 103 positives for coronavirus in the last 24 hours

SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Nov. 2 (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands confirmed this Tuesday 103 new cases of coronavirus COVID-19 with which the total accumulated in the archipelago is 97,346, with 1,160 active, of which 14 (-1) are admitted to the ICU and 64 (-23) remain hospitalized.

In the last hours, no deaths have been registered in the islands linked to the coronavirus, which means that deaths remain at 1,007.

The Accumulated Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands stands at 25.05 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days at 52.12 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

By islands, Tenerife has 44 cases with a total of 46,471 accumulated cases and 527 epidemiologically active cases; Gran Canaria has 37,156 accumulated cases, 38 more than the previous day and 457 active.

Lanzarote adds nine new cases with 7,103 accumulated and 56 epidemiologically active; Fuerteventura has 4,595 accumulated cases, with four new cases, and 83 active ones.

La Palma adds seven new positives, so it has 1,138 accumulated and 25 active, while El Hierro, without new cases, remains 468 accumulated and two active. La Gomera, which reports a new positive, has 414 accumulated and its assets are 10.

Until this Tuesday, a total of 2,257,761 diagnostic tests have been carried out on the islands, of which 2,703 correspond to yesterday.
