Investigators from the National Police assigned to the Drugs and Organized Crime Unit (Udyco) of Santa Cruz de Tenerife They found a new and important shipment of narcotics. Specifically, these professionals from the Provincial Judicial Police Brigade seized approximately 2,300 kilos of cocaine in a boat that was intercepted while sailing on the high seas, in the middle of the Atlantic. The agents detained the nine crew members of the ship, who are of different nationalities, who, after being handed over to the Investigative Court of Guard of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, They were placed in provisional prison, communicated and without bail pending the trial.
