The CB Lanzarote Puerto del Carmen disputes this Sunday, October 24, starting at 11:00, in the Municipal de Tías, the sixth day of the National Silver Divisionl with the visit of Financial Union of Oviedo.

The two teams arrive after winning their matches last day. The Asturian women defeated Siero Deportivo (30-26) as locals while Juanmi Pérez’s warriors had a banquet in Tenerife against Salud (11-31).

The tiñosero team still does not know the defeat lEven this season with four games played, having reaped three victories and a draw, while Unión Financiera has played only three games with different flavor, recording a victory, a draw and a loss.

The Asturian team, helmed by Diego Lafuente García, has María Paula Fernández as top gunner so far with twenty-two goals and an average of 7.33 per game. In the ranks of CB Lanzarote Puerto del Carmen Atteneri Morales continues to be the top scorer with twenty-one goals, 5.25 goals per game. Between both teams there is a notable difference in the balance of goals because while the Asturian women have scored a plus one so far, the Tiñoseras have a remarkable plus 32 goals.

The Asturian team is an old acquaintance of the Tiñosero club because it crossed the path of the first national team that Miguel Ángel Rodríguez Santana continues to lead in the second state phase held last June in the Municipal of Cañiza de Pontevedra, dwhere the Asturian women took the meeting with the rabbit hutches, finally achieving promotion to the national Silver Division.

The Sunday match against the Oviedo team will be led by Canarian officials Víctor Rodríguez and José Carlos Palenzuela and will start in the municipality of Tías at 11:00 on Sunday, October 24.
