The ‘Full Moon Trails’ return, walks all over Tenerife

Return to the programming of Los Realejos Senderos de Luna Llena, a unique tourist initiative on the Island that combines hiking, nature, culture and heritage that will take place between tomorrow, Thursday and Sunday. It starts tomorrow at 7:00 p.m. at the Casa de La Parra Cultural Space with the reception of participants. At 8:00 p.m., the conference The Tenerife road network: challenges and opportunities will begin, by the president of the insular delegation of the Association of Geographers, José Juan Cano Delgado, at the end of which tastings of products from the gastronomic hallmark of Los Realejos will be offered .

Also tomorrow the first of the routes will take place, which will be dramatized, under the title Los patios de Los Realejos, departing at 9:00 p.m. by bus to Calle El Medio Arriba, then visiting the historic quarters on foot on an urban route of Realejo Alto and Realejo Bajo between houses and emblematic courtyards of the town.

The second of the routes will be on Friday afternoon along the coastal path. At 5:00 p.m. the bus will leave Casa de La Parra for Las Aguas (San Juan de la Rambla), visiting this coastal environment on foot, continuing towards La Rambla, Barranco Ruiz, Rambla de San Antonio and ending at the Hacienda The Terrero. At 6:30 p.m. on the same Friday the 9th, Bajo la guagua will leave Realejo with participants in the Roques de García Hiking route and an astronomy workshop, who will tackle a circular route in the Cañadas del Mount Teide.

On Saturday, the Lunar Landscape route will take place, with the bus leaving from Realejo Bajo to Vilaflor at 09:00 in the morning. The circular path along the old Camino Real de Chasna will reach the Mirador de los Escurriales, an area known as the lunar landscape. Departing at 10:00 am on Saturday morning by bus from La Parra to Chanajiga, the family route In Search of Heidi will begin, between the Chanajiga recreational park and Enrique Talg’s Choza.

Chamorga-Roque Bermejo-Chamorga is the sixth proposal, the third of the Saturday morning session. This expedition will depart at 10:30 a.m. from Casa de La Parra by bus to Caserío de Chamorga. Once there, a circular route through the Anaga Rural Park will begin. On Sunday the bus will depart with the group participating in the Archeology and Ethnography route in the country of tosca. The journey on foot will be from the Casa del Capitán in San Miguel de Abona to the Mirador de La Centinela. The eighth and last route will be the Chavao family proposal, starting at 11:30 am in Boca Tauce, in the Teide National Park.
