SAN SEBASTIÁN DE LA GOMERA, 23 Aug (EUROPA PRESS) –

A 69-year-old man was moderately injured when he fell into a ditch in El Cercado, in the municipality of Vallehermoso (La Gomera), as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center of the 112 of the Canary Islands.

The events occurred after 8:00 p.m. on Sunday in the aforementioned place, to where the staff of the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) traveled after being alerted and upon arrival they verified that the affected person had already been rescued by his relatives.

Subsequently, he gave him health care, verifying that he had a moderate head injury, for which he was transferred in a basic life support ambulance to the Hospital Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe.

Likewise, agents of the Civil Guard appeared at the scene of the incident and collaborated with the emergency services.
