SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 18 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A motorcyclist has tragically died after leaving the road on the TF-1 motorway near Güímar, Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Centre (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:52 hours, when the 1-1-2 operations room received an alert regarding the situation. The Cecoes promptly activated the necessary emergency resources to respond.
Due to the seriousness of the incident, a medical helicopter from the Canary Emergency Service was immediately deployed, landing on the motorway, alongside advanced life support ambulances to ensure urgent air evacuation.
Upon arrival, medical personnel found the victim with injuries deemed incompatible with life.
The Guardia Civil is handling the judicial proceedings related to the incident.
