The Tapas Trail surpasses 107,500 units sold at its halfway point and establishes itself as a summer culinary event.

The seventeenth edition of the Tapas Route – San Benito Abad reaches record participation figures and has a great impact on the local restaurant sector

The City Council of La Laguna, through the Department of Commerce, supports this initiative driven by the La Laguna Business Association (LLZC), in collaboration with the Federation of Urban Areas of Canary Islands (FAUCA), aiming to strengthen local economic activity and promote the culinary wealth of the municipality.

The Councillor for Commerce, Estefanía Díaz, assessed the results achieved in this first fortnight, stating, “the response from the public has been extraordinary. This route not only boosts local consumption but also reinforces the cultural identity of La Laguna through its cuisine, its products, and its people.”
