Each year, from January to March, the Canary Islands adorn themselves in white and pink as the almond trees burst into bloom. This natural spectacle not only enhances the scenery but has also transformed into a tourist and cultural draw, featuring traditional hikes and festivals that honour the splendour of these trees.
