The flavours of Tenerife took centre stage during the second day of Madrid Fusion 2025. Emphasising the theme “Tenerife has more than one sun,” the island’s booth at IFEMA showcased a plethora of activities, workshops, and panel discussions for nearly five hundred participants. This event served as a prelude to the grand gastronomic celebration planned for 17th March, when the Repsol Suns Gala is set to take place at the Guimerá Theatre in Santa Cruz.
