Sailors' Nostalgia: The Magic of Trade Winds

The vessel Juan Sebastián Elcano departed from Cádiz six days ago, arriving at the harbour of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This ship, part of the Spanish Navy, has circumnavigated the globe 11 times – the most recent being in 2021 – and has been functioning as a training ship since it first sailed on April 19, 1927.
