SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE Nov. 10 (EUROPA PRESS) –

I Love Reggaeton and Love The 90’s, held at the Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, attracted 33,000 attendees eager to experience these nationally celebrated festivals occurring in major Spanish cities.

The I Love Reggaeton Tenerife lineup showcased some of the most prominent artists from the initial reggaeton generation. Yandar and Yostin opened the festival with their hit ‘Pajaritos en el Aire’, while Alexis and Fido revived classics like ‘One in a Million’, and Henry Mendez demonstrated that both he and his tracks are vital for an unforgettable reggaeton evening.

One of the festival’s standout moments occurred when the audience danced alongside K-NARIAS to their notable hits such as ‘Don’t Dress, You Don’t Go’ and ‘Salsa con Reggaetón’. This duo, hailing from Tenerife, celebrates their 20th anniversary this year (on November 24 specifically). Their performance at I Love Reggaeton marks the final stop on the Canarian duo’s 2024 tour.

The I Love Reggaeton Tenerife lineup also included two significant figures in classic reggaeton, both originating from the islands: Dasoul, who energised the Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and Danny Romero, who revisited some of the most popular tracks from years gone by.

The largest festival globally dedicated to the nineties, hosted by the most iconic radio voice from that extraordinary era, Fernandisco, transported more than 18,000 attendees back to the nineties.

The roster featured artists such as Haddaway, Corona, Snap!, Sonique, Alice Dj, Daisy Dee from Technotronic, The Outhere Brothers, Bellini, Paradisio, Rozalla, Ann Lee, Viceversa, Locomía and Abel (SBS) on stage.

In 2017, music promoter Sharemusic! premiered Love the 90’s, which quickly transformed into an international sensation. The festival offers the audience a chance to relive the music from a distinctly memorable period, celebrating the timeless hits that have stood the test of time, including the undeniable anthem “What is Love” by Haddaway. Another highlight of the evening was Locomía’s performance, the Spanish dance music group that rose to prominence in the late 80s and early 90s in Spain.
