The Provincial Court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife convened a trial on Monday concerning an alleged property fraud in Arona, Tenerife. The allegations revolve around a firm that sold auctioned properties to multiple individuals simultaneously, resulting in considerable losses for the affected parties. The proprietor of the firm, who has been evading justice since 2017, entrusted his partner with managing the claims from the victims.
