The Civil Guard, via its Traffic Investigation and Analysis Group (GIAT), has apprehended two individuals for identity fraud and document forgery during the theoretical examinations for acquiring a driving licence. The incidents occurred in the testing room at the Provincial Traffic Headquarters in Las Palmas, and subsequently in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where one of the suspects attempted to undertake the driving assessments.
